In efforts to help families, Susan won unanimous approval
for her bill protecting children who attend daycare centers.
Working closely with the Ehrlich Administration, Susan
helped South Carroll schools, roads and other programs to
capture state funds that eluded them under the previous
governor. Susan stands with Governor Ehrlich against all
sales and income
tax increases, as well as punitive taxes that prevent
business and industry from creating more jobs. She has cast vote
after vote against taxes on everything from HMOs to sun tanning. As
a member of the
Maryland Veterans Caucus, Susan helped win an income tax break
for our brave military retirees in Maryland. |
